Watkins offers a 30 day money back return policy. To return an item the purchaser must obtain a Returns Authorization (RA) number by contacting Watkins either by phone at 231 739-7158 or by email at schelhas@wmis.net. Refunds will be applied back to the credit card or debit card that was used to make the purchase. Credit (less shipping) will be applied once the product is received back in our warehouse in re-sellable condition in its original packaging. Shipping costs will be credited (or the order replaced) on product received by the purchaser that is damaged.

Damaged or used products will not be credited back to the purchasers account. The purchaser will be notified of the reason for refund denial and and offer will be made to either dispose of product at Watkins' discretion or returned to the original purchaser at their cost for re-shipping.

Logging freight claims for products damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Product received by the purchaser that has been damaged by the shipper will be credited to the purchasers account or reshipped at the purchaser's request.

Personal care and/or sealed items such as bandages, creams and ointments, razors, toilet seats, bedding items, etc. are not returnable. Raised toilet seats are never returnable.
