All orders will be shipped directly from Watkins Surgical Supply Co., Muskegon, MI via Fedex ground service. An acknowledgment email will be sent to the purchaser with notification of shipment. Where possible, a tracking number will be included. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to following the tracking information.


Every attempt is made to ship all orders received by 12:00 EST the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 EST will be shipped the next business day where possible. Shipments are made based on available stock from the Watkins Surgical Supply warehouse. Customers may not be notified of short term shipping delays due to stocking issues. Shipping delays over 5 business days will trigger notification to the purchaser with an option to cancel the order and refund payment to the purchasers credit card.
